Job description:
- Provide high-quality patient care as per standard treatment protocols
- Coordinate with physicians and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating individualized care plans for patients
- Assess, observe and record the patient’s general health conditions.
- Maintain records and reports of patient’s medical histories and monitor developments in their health conditions.
- Be alert and observant on every aspect of patient care including diet, physical activities and psycho-social interactions.
- Review medications and treatment of patients as indicated by their general health conditions and response to treatment.
- Monitor and manage good health and well-being of patients and ensure quality care in a mobile camp setting mode
- Assist and support doctors, physicians or clinicians in providing therapeutic interventions.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families in therapy administration.
- Adhere to and comply with organization procedures and guidelines in wellness nursing activities

Staff Nurse Requirements:
- A nursing degree. (BSC/ANM/GNM)
- Post qualification nursing experience of 1-6 years.
- Valid nursing board registration.
- Confident and able to work in a multicultural team.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Continue professional development activities.
