- To handle cases of FNAC, Grossing, IHC and other critical cases.
- To work in coordination with other histopathologist
- To handle the Quality control of all tests conducted.
- To ensure accurate testing, validation, timely release of reports,
- Effectively control inventory and assist the staff.
- To guide and supervise the Lab Techs and other staff members of the Lab.
- To keep the cost of operation of the lab, under-budgeted limits.
- To prepare documents for the NABL, CAP audit and any other audits
- Oncopathology, Histopathology, Cytology & Immunohistochemistry.
